Church History

Mark Harrell is the senior pastor of Victory Christian Fellowship. Pastor Mark has been at Victory since it was founded in 1990. After completing high school, Pastor Mark majored in architecture at Louisiana State University, and went on from there to complete Biblical Studies at Christ For The Nations Institute in Texas. He served as associate pastor of a 6,000 member church for seven years in Louisiana at Bethany World Prayer Center before moving to Somerset, Kentucky to pioneer the work at Victory Christian Fellowship.

Pastor Mark has a desire to see a greater visitation of the Lord's presence to the Body of Christ and God's purposes to be fulfilled. In 2000, he stepped forward in vision by establishing the "Kentucky Pastor's Prayer Focus" to see the spiritual leaders of the state of Kentucky come together with unity through prayer, worship, and fellowship. Pastor Mark along with his wife, Jeanette, and their sons consider it a privilege and honor to serve in ministry.
