Psalm 119 defines the role of the Word of God in your life.

Psalm 119:11 “Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.” NKJ

James 3: 13-15; 17 NKJ

John 5:38 NKJ

The Word of God in my heart, sets me up to believe for whatever He is about to do next.

II Timothy 4: 1-3 NKJ

May the Lord gift you with a grace and appetite for the scriptures and the application of it.

Loving the Living Word

The Word of God is perfectly fit to speak into every and any situation
  in our lives.

In this natural world you get hungry by not eating.
In the Kingdom, you get hungry by eating.

There is recreational reading and disciplined reading.
  Matthew 4:4 / Deuteronomy 8:3

Recreational reading is going to verses/chapters/books in the Bible
where you have been many times before and you gain reassuring.

The American dilemma in regard to The Living Word: Famine always
  follows misused abundance.

Disciplined reading is the privilege of the routine in reading and
studying the scriptures. You do the disciplined part of reading and our
sovereign Lord sets you up for a divine encounter.

  Proverbs 12:1

The Bible causes a relational journey.

Psalm 119 is so rich, and it helps to define the role of the Word of
  God in your life.

  HOMEWORK:
Read Psalm 119 this week with the question, “What role is the Word
of God suppose to have in my life?”

Mark 8: 9-21

SEE / HEAR / REMEMBER

20/20 - Perfect Vision. (SEE / HEAR/ REMEMBER)

There is a relationship between faith and uncertainty and it really is inescapable.

Hebrews 11: 1-2
Joshua 3: 9-13

Mark 16:20 “Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord (worked with them) and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it.” NIV

Romans 16:20 “The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.” NIV

A power, a faith, a journey that comes from God is known only when we walk. For that to continue to happen and follow the Lord whole heartily, means to enter the unknown, to relinquish security and to exchange certainty for confidence in Him.

Mark 8:15-21

Jesus invites us into an expanded realm to SEE / HEAR / REMEMBER.
